This Return & Refund Policy is established in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia, including the Law on Consumer Protection.
Right to Withdrawal
Customers who purchase products online have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, without stating a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email at info@dasha-atelier.com within the stated period.
Conditions for Return
In order for a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- the item must be unused and unworn
- the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging
- all accompanying elements (tags, packaging, etc.) must be intact
Due to the nature of the product, items that have been worn, used, or damaged cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Procedure
After submitting your request, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
The customer is responsible for:
- organizing the return shipment
- covering all return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item.
Refunds are issued:
- in cash (for cash on delivery payments), or
- via bank transfer, based on agreement with the customer
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- products that have been used or worn
- products that are not in their original condition
- products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period
