Ordering Process

After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. The contract is considered concluded at the moment the order is confirmed.
Payment
Payment is currently available via cash on delivery within Serbia.
For international orders, payment and delivery terms may be arranged individually.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out via a courier service. Estimated delivery times are provided on the website but may vary.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Right to Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection.
The withdrawal procedure is defined in the Return & Refund Policy, including the obligation to submit the official Withdrawal Form.

Complaints regarding defects or damages must be submitted as soon as possible after receiving the product via info@dasha-atelier.com.
